Regional Sales Manager

to drive growth across the United States market.

Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will lead business development efforts across the US, focusing on expanding Zero Density’s customer base, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in one of our key markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales expertise, industry credibility, and the ability to manage complex solution-based sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the sales strategy and business development plan for the US territory

Identify, engage, and win new customers across broadcast, sports, media, production, and enterprise verticals

Build relationships with decision-makers, partners, consultants, and key industry stakeholders

Collaborate with Customer Success & Excellence teams to support technical pre-sales activities, including demos, presentations, workshops, and proof of concepts

Understand customer business and technical requirements, and propose tailored solutions across virtual studio, XR, AR, and real-time graphics workflows

Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing

Manage RFPs, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations

Create and execute go-to-market initiatives to increase regional market penetration

Work closely with channel and reseller partners to strengthen market coverage and partner performance

Represent Zero Density at major industry events, customer roadshows, and trade shows

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies in media technology and content production

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in technology, broadcast, media, or related industries

Proven experience in B2B sales of virtual production, AR, XR, broadcast graphics, or similar technology solutions

Strong technical understanding of customer workflows and solution-based selling

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

No travel restrictions and willingness to travel extensively within the US and Canada

Existing network within the broadcast and media technology industry is a strong advantage
