
Product Owner IV

Responsibilities
Kforce has a client who is seeking a hybrid Product Owner to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role will support key Non‑Traditional initiatives across the company, focusing on delivery and execution across three active workstreams. It is a hands‑on role for an experienced product owner who can operate in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment, manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Product Delivery & Execution
Own day‑to‑day product execution across assigned Non‑Traditional initiatives
Translate business, operational, and partner needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Manage delivery across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration
Balance scope, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Brand, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external partners
Lead working sessions to align on requirements, tradeoffs, and sequencing
Drive clarity and momentum across loosely structured problem spaces
Planning & Prioritization
Support roadmap execution aligned to near‑term business priorities
Intake and prioritize requests based on impact, feasibility, and delivery constraints
Maintain visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies
Delivery Management
Operate comfortably in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
Use Jira to manage work, track progress, and support ad‑hoc reporting
Ensure high‑quality execution, clear acceptance criteria, and readiness for launch
Requirements
8‑10+ years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles, ideally within large, matrixed organizations
Strong Jira experience, including navigating boards, managing backlogs, and running ad‑hoc reporting
Comfort operating in a hybrid delivery model, with experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Comfortable running agile events: refinement, stand‑up, planning and demo
Ability to gather requirements for a PRD and ability to break down the work into Epics and User Stories
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across technical and non‑technical teams
Preferred
Experience supporting Non‑Traditional, Retail, Airport, or Franchise‑based environments
Background in consumer‑facing digital products
Familiarity with complex partner or marketplace integrations
Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
