Our client, a growing creative agency, is seeking an Account Manager. This is a full‑time position that is hybrid onsite in the LA area.

This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality service and solutions. This role blends strategic thinking, project management, and client servicing with a strong emphasis on creativity and communication.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and overall satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their business needs, goals, and challenges.

Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and provide strategic guidance.

Influencer & Talent Campaign Management

Lead end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns, including talent identification, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance wrap‑ups.

Coordinate with talent managers, agents, and creators to ensure smooth collaboration and on‑brand content delivery.

Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external partners.

Stay current on influencer trends, platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and emerging talent.

Project & Campaign Management

Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Support the development of social media strategies and content plans tailored to each client’s objectives and audience.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure content is culturally relevant, on‑brief, and optimized for the platform.

Oversee content calendars and approval workflows, keeping clients informed and campaigns on schedule.

Business Development Support

Work closely with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and support pitching efforts.

Contribute to crafting tailored approaches that resonate with potential clients, leveraging insights across account management and creative disciplines.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform decisions and refine approaches.

Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations that communicate results and demonstrate value to clients.

Qualifications

3+ years of account management experience at a digital, influencer, or social media agency.

Hands‑on experience managing influencer campaigns from talent identification through reporting.

Strong familiarity with social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

A genuine interest in entertainment, or Gen‑Z culture is a strong plus.

Experience with influencer platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, Creator.co) and social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meltwater) is a plus.
