Accountabilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate ideas, optimise content, and maintain brand consistency.
Analyse content performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and audience growth.
Manage creative resources, including writers, designers, and external agencies, to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
Present content strategies, results, and insights to leadership, demonstrating the impact on business objectives.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Proven experience creating content for digital platforms and growing a social media audience.
Strong editorial mindset with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and major social media platforms.
Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritising multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to analyse content performance metrics and optimise strategies for engagement and conversion.
Interest in digital finance, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
