About the Team Our team unifies brand marketing, partnerships, events, social media, and paid media into one cohesive strategy, collaborating cross‑functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and retention across the Zoom portfolio with a focus on outcomes and business impact. Responsibilities Managing content calendars and scheduling posts across all platforms while coordinating with team members to maintain consistent publishing frequency. Creating engaging written and visual content that aligns with brand voice using design and video editing tools. Monitoring social channels for brand mentions and emerging trends, engaging audiences in a timely and authentic manner. Tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports that inform content strategy and demonstrate business impact. Collaborating with marketing team members on campaigns and identifying cultural moments for content opportunities. What we’re looking for 0‑2 years of professional social media experience (internships, student organizations, or personal projects). Good knowledge of major social media platforms, their best practices, and optimal posting strategies. Ability to create visual content using design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms. Experience editing photo and video content with tools like Capcut or comparable software. Strong writing skills for clear, engaging copy with attention to detail and brand voice consistency. Familiarity with social media management tools, preferably Sprout Social. Experience with AI creation tools and writing effective prompts for content generation. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Compensation Minimum: $64,300.00 Maximum: $128,600.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE, Zoom offers a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value.
