This role places you at the center of creating and managing high-quality casual games for social platforms. You will define the game’s vision, drive its strategy, and own the roadmap, collaborating closely with a small, agile team. Your focus will include maximizing player engagement, retention, and monetization through live operations, data-driven insights, and creative feature prioritization. You will mentor team members, oversee events and in-game economies, and apply agile and lean development practices to ensure smooth game performance. The position demands proactive problem‑solving, strong analytical skills, and a passion for casual free-to-play mobile games. You will thrive in a flexible, remote‑first environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
Accountabilities:
Lead the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and player expectations
Prioritize features based on impact on lifetime value (LTV) and player engagement
Mentor and guide a small, agile team to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences
Manage LiveOps, in‑game events, and economy to optimize retention and monetization
Use analytics and BI insights to inform decisions, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies
Apply agile and lean development principles to improve workflows and processes
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices in casual mobile gaming
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in game production or product management for F2P mobile games
Proven track record managing live casual games with measurable impact on retention and monetization
Strong understanding of IAP monetization, retention mechanics, and UA metrics
Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and make informed decisions
Comfortable leading remote teams and collaborating across multiple time zones
Excellent communication skills in English; familiarity with CET working hours (+/- 2 hours)
Passion for casual gaming and knowledge of the full mobile game lifecycle
