The Senior Project Manager (Digital Marketing) is responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving the strategic direction of multi‑channel digital marketing programs. This role acts as a client‑facing contact, ensuring alignment between business goals and campaign execution. The Program Manager provides leadership across multiple projects, collaborates with stakeholders on campaign development, and ensures the delivery of measurable marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, relationships, and communications. Partner with clients and internal teams to define program objectives, campaign strategies, and success metrics for digital marketing projects, including websites, email campaigns, content creation, and social media. Approve project timelines and resources, considering dependencies and team capacity. Build thoughtful and comprehensive user journeys, considering potential campaign expansion with supporting marketing assets. Translate client goals into actionable project plans and oversee delivery across multiple campaigns. Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure high‑quality, results‑driven execution. Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and present insights and recommendations to clients. Manage budgets and resources across multiple projects and campaigns. Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new initiatives or expanded services. Assist with scoping and planning new business initiatives. Serve as an escalation point and quickly identify and determine solutions for project issues or delays. Mentor project managers and coordinators supporting program execution. Success Factors Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in project or account management, with a focus on digital marketing. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic marketing programs. Strong business acumen, with experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization. Ability to understand big‑picture outcomes and goals while maintaining high‑quality attention to detail. Ability to cultivate, manage and grow client relationships. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects and accounts simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows across multiple time‑zones. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Salary range: $90,000 to $125,000, with the final offer based on a combination of factors, including education, relevant experience, skills, prior training, internal equity, and local geographic market data.
