Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Digital Marketing Coordinator
Lincoln International is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate the execution of digital marketing initiatives across email and web channels. This role plays a critical part not only in campaign execution, but in continuously improving how we target and engage our audiences through data‑driven insights and optimization. Working closely with the global Marketing team, this individual will help enhance the firm’s digital marketing effectiveness—ensuring campaigns are strategically targeted, performance is measured, and insights are translated into actionable improvements that drive business impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with content strategy and business priorities
Build, refine, and continuously improve audience segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and engagement
Partner with bankers and marketing team members to coordinate campaign execution and distribution
Optimize email performance through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous improvement
Serve as a key resource for Marketing Cloud best practices, troubleshooting, and capability enhancement
Website & Digital Content Management
Publish, update, and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with firm initiatives
Manage digital content including deal announcements, press releases, thought leadership, and market updates
Support ongoing website enhancements and user experience improvements in collaboration with digital and external development teams
Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers as needed
Marketing Technology & Data Integration
Support integration between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and website platforms to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution
Collaborate with Business Enablement and external partners to enhance marketing systems and workflows
Manage and optimize web forms to support lead capture and user engagement
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance across email and web channels
Deliver post‑campaign reporting with clear, actionable recommendations to improve future performance
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness
Test and implement new approaches to improve open rates, click‑through rates, and overall engagement
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by connecting digital performance to business outcomes and ROI
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with content, digital, and broader marketing teams to align messaging and campaign execution
Coordinate with bankers and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital communications
Support integrated marketing initiatives by ensuring consistency across channels and leveraging insights to inform strategy
Key Deliverables
Execution and optimization of digital campaigns (email and web)
Targeted audience segmentation strategies that improve engagement and relevance
Published website content aligned with firm standards
Campaign performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations (B2B or professional services preferred)
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems
Experience managing website content using WordPress
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and analytics
Experience with testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) and campaign optimization preferred
Familiarity with HTML for email or web content is a plus

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $60,000–$85,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future and is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
