C2's client, an independent full-service marketing agency located in downtown Milwaukee and ranked among the Top 200 Marketing Agencies in the U.S., seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead day-to-day client relationships, manage annual programs, and drive successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
This agency serves U.S. and international clients in select considered purchase industries (financial services, automotive, insurance, B2B SaaS, major appliances, or professional services where buyers deeply research before committing), which means the work tends to be strategic and data-informed.
This is a strong fit for a charismatic senior agency account professional who takes real ownership of client outcomes, brings both creative instincts and business discipline to their accounts, and is energized by building long-term client partnerships.

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Job Description
The Senior Account Executive serves as the primary relationship owner across an assigned account portfolio. This is a role for a high-energy, results-oriented, and experienced account professional who brings creative problem solving to this collaborative, agency-paced environment. You will work closely with internal creative, strategy, and digital teams, moving fluidly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution. The agency’s culture is built around quality work, creative excellence, and measurable results, and this role is expected to enhance all three.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of client plans and programs across assigned accounts
Compile and evaluate marketing data and information to develop informed strategic recommendations
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Play a key contributing role in annual program planning and development
Manage client programs to profitable outcomes, delivering against an established forecast
Collaborate with peers and clients to identify and act on opportunities for account growth
Requirements
5–7 years of agency experience with a demonstrated track record of results
B2B and B2C marketing experience, bonus for success in considered purchase industries
Demonstrable results managing comprehensive integrated campaigns including robust digital and interactive elements
Proven expertise in strategic plan development and implementation
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Track record of effective collaboration with peers and clients for growth of the business
Confident working within complex client organizations
A passion for creative excellence, strategic accuracy, and measured results
Four‑year degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
