This is a client‑facing role with the ability to work out of a home office remotely for an experienced and L&H licensed Employee Benefits Professional. Employee Benefits Account Executive Responsibilities Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets Build, service, and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Actively network within the community to generate leads and expand the client base Manage both cold and warm leads to develop a robust sales pipeline Qualifications / Requirements Licenses / Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required Experience: 3–5 years Employee Benefits experience servicing/selling to mid‑size groups Soft Skills: Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment with the organization, and a growth‑oriented attitude Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and relationship‑building activities Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary of $50,000 – $75,000 Strong commission structure: 40% on new business and 40% on renewals Health insurance 401(k) with 4% match Generous paid time off Job ID: 173298 Rick Mohanty #J-18808-Ljbffr
