Job Description Griffin Structures is seeking a creative, thoughtful, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will work closely with marketing and firm leadership to develop compelling proposals and marketing materials that clearly communicate our experience, approach, and value. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Proposal Production Coordinate RFQ/P pursuits, including facilitating internal discussions, participating in go
o-go discussions, establishing schedules and deadlines, preparing data requests, and coordinating consultant materials. Develop compliant, high-quality proposals using Adobe InDesign, with oversight and direction from Management. Support the development of interview and shortlist presentation materials as opportunities advance in the selection process. Support Marketing Management and technical staff in refining written narratives, executive summaries, and value propositions for proposals and interviews. Graphic Design Apply strong graphic design skills to maintain consistent branding, quality, and visual standards across printed and digital materials. Provide graphic design support to other departments as needed. Marketing Content & Systems Maintenance Develop, update, and maintain marketing content such as resumes, project profiles, and start-up/close-out information. Manage and organize files using tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint, and Griffin’s WordPress-based websites. Marketing Support & Communications Support Marketing Team in the development of brochures, award submissions, social media content, and marketing materials for special events and initiatives. Administrative & Organizational Support Maintain calendars, task lists, and status updates related to marketing activities and deadlines. Additional Support Perform other marketing-related assignments as requested by Leadership or Marketing Management. Experience & Education Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications preferred. Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A skill assessment will be issued to verify this component. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with WordPress and Canva is a plus. Strong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively and perform under tight deadlines. Conscientious and flexibility multitasker with a positive, can-do attitude. Highly detail oriented, self-motivated, creative, and adaptable. A portfolio demonstrating your visual design capabilities is highly encouraged, but not required. Physical Requirements Capable of traveling to and from external office sites if necessary. Ability to use equipment for communication and documentation purposes. Visual acuity to perform responsibilities. Ability to carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
