We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user support with a strong focus on Windows system refreshes, troubleshooting, and device remediation. This role will support employees by resolving OS-level issues, improving system performance, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Responsibilities

Perform Windows refreshes, in-place repairs, and system resets while preserving user data

Troubleshoot Windows OS issues including performance degradation, failed updates, and system errors

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops

Support users with account access, basic networking, and application issues

Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in a ticketing system

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments

Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 systems

Familiarity with Windows refresh, reset, and recovery processes

Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
