Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
We are looking for a
Property Manager
to join our Client Experience team. Reporting to our Senior Property Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for overseeing project operations, client company relations, and improvement activities for a new building in the San Diego region. Responsibilities include leasing, client relations, facilities services, new construction, and due diligence, with a focus on client care, financial management, and property operations.
Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Lead property and facilities teams, maintain client relationships, review lease proposals, perform property inspections, oversee third-party vendors, manage financials, and oversee capital projects and repairs.
Client Relations:
Onboard new clients, respond promptly to requests, develop relationships, manage move-outs, and participate in industry events.
Property Operations & Improvements:
Support property setup, oversee improvement projects, and assist with major upgrades and capital projects.
Facilities Services:
Manage vendor relationships, recommend improvements, coordinate maintenance, and oversee emergency responses and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years in asset/property management, industry designations preferred, strong organizational and technical skills, leadership experience, and proficiency with relevant software. Onsite presence required.
