Position Overview
The Lead Graphic Designer supports the execution of Spinelli Kilcollin’s visual identity across retail, wholesale, digital, and marketing channels. This role is responsible for translating creative direction into clear, high‑quality design outputs that are consistent and production‑ready.
Working closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional partners, this role focuses on execution, refinement, and delivery, ensuring all graphic assets align with the brand’s visual language while contributing to a cohesive and scalable design system. This is not a concept‑owning role, but a highly skilled executor who brings structure, clarity, and precision to creative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
Bring ideas to life through strong, production‑ready design.
Execute layouts across campaigns, retail, wholesale, and digital.
Apply typography, composition, and visual hierarchy with precision.
Ensure all assets are on brand and production‑ready.
Maintain consistency across all touch points.
Creative Development & Integration
Translate direction into mockups, storyboards, and design frameworks.
Partner with creative and production teams to align assets with final formats.
Contribute references, inspiration, and layout ideas within the brand’s visual language.
Support scalable graphic systems across campaigns and digital.
Editorial & Brand Storytelling
Design seasonal lookbooks and editorial materials.
Integrate imagery, styling, and product storytelling into cohesive layouts.
Collaboration, Systems & Product Communication
Partner with Marketing, Product, Retail, and Wholesale teams.
Translate creative concepts into deliverables across channels.
Build templates and maintain organized asset libraries.
Ensure visual consistency through systems and documentation.
Design product guides and supporting materials.
Translate technical product details into clear, visual formats.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience.
Experience designing lookbooks, editorial materials, or publications.
Strong visual designer with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and execution‑focused.
Comfortable working within brand direction while contributing ideas.
Systems‑minded with an understanding of how creative work scales.
Collaborative and communicative across teams.
Experience in fashion, luxury, or editorial environments preferred.

$80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
