Acts as the analytical bridge between Finance, Sales, and Operations, ensuring revenue data is accurate, actionable, and scalable
Owns revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, pacing analysis, and commercial KPIs used by senior leadership
Ensures CRM, ERP, and Power BI data alignment, enabling reliable forecasting and financial planning
Supports pricing analysis, deal evaluation, margin analysis, and customer profitability insights
Plays a critical role in integrating new acquisitions and business units into their commercial and financial reporting environment
Directly influences commercial strategy, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial FP&A, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance
Experience in B2B services, environmental services, industrial, construction, or field‑services environments is a plus
Financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skill set
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required) and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar)
Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and data‑driven reporting environments
Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and communicate insights to senior leaders
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving organization
