
Senior Loan Processor

Responsibilities
Analyze and review residential investment property loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and ensuring documents comply with internal guidelines.
Coordinate with various third-party vendors to order and obtain applicable documents and complete a thorough review for accuracy and compliance with lending standards (appraisal, title, flood, etc.).
Manage a pipeline and maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on loan status and request any additional information or documentation required.
Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to ensure timely closings.
Submit loans to Underwriting and address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications
Two years of construction loan processing experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree (within Business, Finance, or Real Estate would be a positive)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines
Ability to operate in a fast paced and execution-oriented environment
Experience with SQL a plus
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
$65,000 to $75,000 base salary.
Incentive: You will be eligible for a monthly performance bonus based on the number of closed loans processed.
