Overview
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is hiring for an Assistant Director. Base pay range: $18.00/yr - $20.00/yr. Compensation may vary based on education, experience, and credentials.
Responsibilities
Help manage the daily operations of a childcare school, ensuring state licensing requirements and company policies are met. Perform administrative duties, give tours to families, maintain records, ensure compliance, and help keep operations running smoothly. Partner with families to provide the best care and education for children. Support teachers in implementing the curriculum and creating developmentally appropriate classrooms. Nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community. Work in the classroom when needed to assist and support staff. Qualifications
Proof of high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of an associate\'s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred EDU119 or equivalent and Admin 1 & 2 coursework or equivalent is required At least 6 months experience managing a licensed childcare center Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office At least 21 years old A passion for providing high-quality care and education Benefits
