Business Banker

Our client, a bank with locations in North Jersey, is currently seeking a new addition to their business banking team. The incumbent will manage small business relationships and have the ability to originate SBA, C&I and CRE loans.
Responsibilities
Work with companies with revenues up to $50MM Collaborate with branch network to drive new business Drive business development efforts in Bergen County, NJ Establish and recommend terms under which credit will be extended, including interest rate, fee(s), repayment structure and collateral requirements. Review loan agreements and documentation prior to loan closing Qualifications
Over five years of commercial banking and/or business banking experience Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred Must be motivated to develop new business Ability to leverage COIs for new business Good commercial credit knowledge Must have strong customer service skills
