A well-established growing regional bank is looking to add an experienced SVP Relationship Manager to their Healthcare team focusing on Healthcare Real Estate. Responsibilities
Source and grow new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on commercial real estate.
Develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare banking relationships, delivering customized credit solutions, treasury management, and tailored financial products.
Originate and structure commercial credit facilities ranging from $25MM–$35MM.
Manage an existing healthcare portfolio, while actively contributing to pipeline for future business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners in credit and product to ensure exceptional client service and risk management.
Qualifications
7+ years of commercial banking experience with proven expertise in the healthcare sector.
Strong origination and business development skills, with an ability to independently source and close new client relationships.
Deep knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, specifically lending within healthcare real estate.
Track record of managing complex credit relationships and delivering full-service banking solutions.
