Detect and resolve internal and external theft incidents. Identify deficiencies and execute corrective action in stores. Maintain awareness of high-risk areas to reduce merchandise losses. Review shrink reports and assist in reacting to issues and opportunities. Assist in implementing safety and security training programs. Requirements
