A leading manufacturer of high-volume, complex thin-wall investment castings is seeking a
Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer
to drive operational excellence across its aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams to enhance turnaround times, streamline processes, and reduce costs using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities Partner with site leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. Lead and execute improvement projects aligned with business goals. Develop and implement new processes and train team members. Design and deploy improvement strategies and manage their execution. Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Additional Duties Perform other related tasks as needed within the facility. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience with strong analytical skills in statistical methods, financial analysis, or engineering modeling. Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma in high-volume manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Cellular Flow, SMED, Kanban, Hoshin Planning, and Visual Controls. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab. Ability to engage stakeholders, build consensus, and drive change. Demonstrated success in leading sustainable continuous improvement initiatives.
