Role Overview Full Swing seeks a Content Creator specializing in golf and baseball to concept, film, and edit high‑quality content quickly and efficiently. The role drives social engagement, brand awareness, and product storytelling through rapid production on digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Concept, produce, film, and edit golf and baseball content for digital and social platforms.
Capture content featuring professional athletes, influencers, and brand partners.
Develop creative concepts that showcase Full Swing technology in real‑world training and performance environments.
Produce content for social media, product launches, athlete partnerships, events, and brand storytelling.
Execute quick‑turnaround shoots and deliver polished edits on schedule.
Shoot high‑quality video with professional camera systems.
Edit short and long‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid ads, website, and product marketing.
Manage color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and finishing.
Understand golf and baseball technology, swing data, and training environments.
Identify moments that matter to athletes, coaches, and fans.
Collaborate with marketing, social media, product marketing, athlete partnerships, and events teams.
Assist in capturing content during events, trade shows, and athlete shoots.
Qualifications
3–6+ years of video production experience in sports, action, or lifestyle content.
Deep familiarity with golf and baseball (playing or industry experience strongly preferred).
Strong videography skills — camera operation, lighting, audio.
Advanced video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro; After Effects preferred.
Experience filming fast‑action sports content.
Ability to tell compelling stories through short‑form video.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Works quickly and independently.

Filming professional athletes or teams.
Capturing sports tracking technology.
Motion graphics experience.
