BS in Project or Construction Management. 8 to 12 years of construction estimating experience, cost control, or quantity surveying. Experience leading bid meetings and developing bid strategies. Experience with Sage Estimating is a plus. Responsibilities
Examine architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents. Identify potential cost drivers, construction challenges, and opportunities for cost-saving. Analyze project data and prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor bids.
