Job Description CoStar Group is looking for an Architectural Photographer who will create high‑quality photos and videos of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties. Your work will support our real‑estate clients by delivering compelling media for marketing and sales purposes.
Responsibilities
Produce interior and exterior media of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.
Create exterior media for residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
Use professional equipment such as tilt‑shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders, 3D tour cameras, etc.
Travel up to a week per month as needed.
Select optimal times of day, season, and location for photography assignments.
Edit photography and video promptly to deliver completed projects.
Communicate professionally with clients throughout shoots, including scheduling and on‑site coordination.
Continuously develop photography skills and stay current with new techniques and technology.
Basic Qualifications
Professional experience as a real‑estate or architectural photographer; 4+ years of experience.
Portfolio showcasing architectural, real‑estate, and exterior lifestyle media (incl. drones).
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficient with manual camera settings and lighting.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
Proficient with MacOS and MS Office.
FAA Part 107 Drone license, obtained within 30 days of hire.
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 25 pounds.
Permanent US work authorization.
Valid driver’s license and ability to rent a car for company travel.
Permitted to drive extended periods (~2 hours) and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
Clear driving record/abstract.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience photographing buildings and neighborhoods in both suburban and city environments.
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
Flexible, adaptable, excellent multitasking and time‑management abilities.
Fast‑paced work experience, including commercial drone photography.
