Position Overview Ashton Woods is looking for a
Salesforce Administrator
to support and maintain our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment across
Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes
divisions. This role sits within the Marketing Technology team and works closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and other internal partners to help ensure Salesforce is running smoothly, supporting day‑to‑day business needs, and evolving alongside the organization. This is a
hands‑on administrative role
ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, supporting users, building automation, and growing their Salesforce skill set in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
Support day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and page layouts
Assist with configuring Lightning pages, record types, and validation rules
Help manage sandbox and production environments, including deployments
Automation & Process Support
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and declarative automation to support business processes
Assist with approval processes, assignment rules, and workflow updates
Help improve efficiency and data consistency across teams
User Support & Enablement
Monitor and respond to Salesforce support requests from internal users
Troubleshoot issues and partner with other teams or vendors when needed
Help create and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials
Support training sessions, office hours, and user onboarding
Data Management
Assist with data imports, exports, and updates using Salesforce Data Loader
Help maintain data quality through deduplication and basic governance practices
Support ongoing data hygiene efforts across the org
Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards
Assist with CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards and reporting needs
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Integrations & Tools
Support integrations between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., form tools, call tracking tools, automation tools like Zapier)
Help troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with IT and vendors
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience, primarily in Sales Cloud
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM‑201) or actively working toward it
Experience building Salesforce Flows and working with Lightning Experience
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) or dashboards
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud
Zapier or other integration tools
Tableau or advanced Excel skills
Experience supporting Salesforce users in a business environment
