Director of Digital Marketing , you will work alongside seasoned experts to execute and scale our digital acquisition engine. This is a role for a high-potential "rising star" who wants to move beyond basic campaign maintenance and learn the intricacies of full-funnel growth from one of the best teams in the industry. You will be expected to think from first principles (revenue, business impact, and product-market fit), dive into the technical "plumbing" of our channels, and spearhead pipeline-generating initiatives. Please note that this role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA. What You\'ll Do:

Channel Execution & Optimization:

Hands-on management of paid Branded and Non-branded Search, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. campaigns, focusing on rigorous testing and incremental volume growth. Full-Funnel Support:

Implement and monitor tactics to increase landing-page conversion and lead quality; you’ll ensure the "plumbing" between our ads and our sales team is seamless. Experimental Execution:

Assist in launching and monitoring new channel experiments (e.g., TikTok, Reddit), documenting results, and identifying winning patterns under the guidance of senior leadership. Data Rigor:

Maintain high-fidelity reporting and attribution, ensuring we have a clear view of ROI and campaign performance Creative Collaboration:

Partner with our creative team to brief new assets and provide data-backed feedback on performance hooks and visual impact. Strategic "Drop-In" Execution:

Act as a rapid-response growth operator. When a sales segment or product line is missing pipeline, you will be expected to research the landscape, embed with the team, and "fast-twitch" a digital solution to bridge the gap. Qualifications:

High-Potential Background:

4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university Foundational Experience:

4+ years of total work experience, with at least 2 years spent in a digital marketing or growth-focused role. The "Generalist" Toolkit:

You should have a baseline proficiency in at least two channels (e.g., SEM and Meta) but be eager to learn the nuances of the entire digital stack. Quantitative Fluency:

You have a "math-first" brain. You are comfortable with data analysis, Excel, and are ready to prove your skills in a technical assessment. Technical Aptitude:

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Google Analytics is a plus; you aren't afraid to dive into the technical setup of a campaign. Organizational Mastery:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. You are the type of person who stays vigilant for signs of mistakes or misfires, and quickly acts on it. Elite Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across internal teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Marketing Operations). US Employee Benefits
