Customer Success Manager

to serve as a trusted partner to our existing and prospective customers.

Role Description This is a

full-time

role based in

Kirkland, WA . As a

Customer Success Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the implementation and ongoing support of our B2B SaaS platform. This includes leading successful implementations, delivering training, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping customers maximize the value of our solution.

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound support inquiries and guide customers in using our software effectively.

Deliver web-based training sessions to onboard and educate users on key features and workflows.

Build strong relationships with customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through phone and email outreach.

Conduct engaging, web-based product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and continuously improve our product and services.

What We’re Looking For

U.S. citizenship

(required for compliance with ITAR-regulated customers)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (via phone, video, in-person, and email)

Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, JIRA, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint

A customer-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for solving problems and helping others succeed

A self-motivated, hands-on contributor who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment

Willingness to take initiative and assist across projects as needed

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing industries is a plus

Requirements

Ability to

commute regularly

to our downtown Kirkland, WA office

Verifiable U.S. citizenship

(due to ITAR compliance requirements)

Successful completion of a

background check and employment verification
