Position Overview: Our client is growing and expanding their Procurement Team! They seek an experienced Procurement Strategy Analyst to work closely with the Procurement Team to evaluate and execute strategic procurement initiatives. This position is responsible for researching industry trends, evaluating existing relationships, auditing processes and workflows, and serving as the data expert for the Procurement and Vendor Management Department. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Procurement Team to develop and support strategic initiatives. Analyze industry and internal data to make recommendations and provide insights. Monitor and manage software licensing. Support the full strategic procurement cycle, including vendor and risk identification and selection, price negotiating and contracting. Update and maintain accurate data within the Third-Party Vendor Management Portal. Develop and maintain key reporting to share across the organization to key stakeholders. Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 1-3 years of procurement analyst/business analyst experience. Experience in the mortgage industry, preferred. Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries will also be considered. Skilled at independently anticipating needs and taking action to support business objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Seniority level
