Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote Crown Motors’ brand, vehicles, and services. This role focuses on enhancing our online visibility through search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and other digital advertising strategies, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing, to drive traffic, leads, and sales. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve organic search rankings on Google and other search engines. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos, and social media posts) that aligns with SEO best practices and promotes Crown Motors’ inventory and services. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics; provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X to increase brand awareness and engagement. Website Optimization: Work with web developers to ensure the Crown Motors website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with SEO and conversion best practices. Market Research: Stay updated on automotive industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge. Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns with maximum impact. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and Google Ads. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and PPC campaign management. Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling ad copy and content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Certifications: Google Ads certification and/or Google Analytics certification preferred. Attributes: Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment
