Participate in the PLACE New Agent Launch to develop lead generation and prospecting skills. Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments. Transform outbound sales opportunities into confirmed meetings. Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, and communicate this to the sales team. Maintain and update the client database and productivity reports. Enhance your skills through ongoing education and script practice. Become an expert in the local real estate market. Engage in weekly coaching sessions, training, and team calls. Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information. Qualifications
Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment in interacting with people. Passion for sales and closing deals. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads. Team-oriented with a focus on achieving collective goals. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience in meeting sales targets. Ability to learn and utilize scripts quickly.
