Traveling Superintendent Builtech is seeking a Traveling Superintendent ready to join our fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise the project schedule to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
Implement enforce an on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and the Builtech Safety Plan.
Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on‑site contact.
Consistently interface with owners, subcontractors, and architects.
Maintain daily communication with project teammates.

Position Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience with 3‑5 successful projects.

Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore.
Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push or pull 40‑pound loads at the same time.
Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to traverse and inspect all jobsite areas in all weather conditions; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching.
Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary.
