
Senior Mobile Developer

Responsibilities
Lead development of native mobile applications across iOS and/or Android
Architect scalable, high‑performance mobile solutions
Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level developers
Establish and enforce mobile development best practices
Integrate third‑party libraries and APIs across applications
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical direction
Participate in Agile Scrum processes and drive delivery outcomes
Provide clear communication, status updates, and facilitate team alignment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience as a mobile developer working with native OS architectures
Extensive experience with iOS: Swift, SwiftUI; Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose
Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading developers
Strong experience with third‑party libraries and API integrations
Deep understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles
Comfortable working in a structured Agile Scrum environment
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Strong communication skills with ability to drive consensus across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play Store
Experience working across both iOS and Android platforms
Experience in large‑scale, enterprise environments
Team Environment
Team includes 2 Level 3 Engineers and 1 Level 4 Engineer
Part of a larger organization with three mobile development teams
Agile delivery model with high visibility and impact
Interview Process
Initial 45‑minute interview
Typically followed by a second technical interview
Occasional fast‑tracked offers after first interview
Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
