About The Role We are seeking an accomplished

Global Client Partner, VP

to own and grow a flagship technology account headquartered in Cupertino. You will serve as the

executive relationship and organic business development lead , accountable for strategy, revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall client satisfaction. This is a high-visibility, P&L‑owning role that requires exceptional consultative skills, technology‑sector knowledge, Martech Solutions, and a proven track record of driving large‑scale transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership & Strategy

– Serve as the senior executive and trusted advisor for all aspects of the client relationship; develop and execute a multi‑year account growth strategy aligned to the client’s technology roadmap and business objectives; own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget management.

Growth & Business Development

– Identify, shape, and close new opportunities across consulting, digital engineering, AI/ML, cloud, Marcom, and managed services; lead complex deal negotiations and commercial structures to achieve profitable growth; partner with internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create account‑specific campaigns and thought leadership.

Delivery Excellence

– Oversee large‑scale, multi‑tower technology programs ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery; collaborate with delivery leaders to meet or exceed SLA, CSAT, and NPS targets; proactively manage risk, escalation, and compliance across all engagements.

Executive Stakeholder Management

– Cultivate senior‑level relationships (C‑suite, SVP/VP, key decision makers) to influence strategic direction and drive growth opportunities; facilitate quarterly business reviews and executive steering committees.

Leadership & Team Development

– Build and mentor a high‑performing account team, including on‑site and global resources; champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive client‑facing leadership in technology services, consulting, or digital transformation.

Proven success managing a $50M+ annual account P&L, with consistent double‑digit growth.

Deep understanding of technology ecosystems—cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, product engineering, and platform services.

Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong financial acumen and ability to translate client objectives into profitable business solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site client environment in Cupertino.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with major Silicon Valley technology companies.

Background in both consulting and large‑scale delivery organizations.

Track record of building long‑term client partnerships and leading multi‑year transformation programs.
