Infinity Replacement is the dedicated replacement window and door business within the Marvin family, bringing our legacy of craftsmanship directly to homeowners. Through a direct‑to‑consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in‑home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement experience simple, seamless, and satisfying. Responsibilities
Represent Marvin at retail stores, trade shows, and local events. Engage shoppers and spark interest in our premium window and door solutions. Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in‑home consultation appointments. Set up and maintain professional, eye‑catching displays. Benefits & Compensation
Guaranteed hourly wage of $22 per hour plus weekly bonuses; top performers earn $1,500+ per week—no cap on bonuses (average $30−35 per hour). Path to a full‑time offer with health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off after 8 weeks of strong performance. Paid training and toll reimbursement for travel to retail locations and events. Qualifications
