Lead Senior Banker or Enrichment Lead. You will work with management to coach staff and provide service to members. You will assist in all branch functions and share operational responsibilities and team development with the Assistant Branch Manager. Responsibilities
Two years of experience in a similar role such as a Senior Enrichment Advisor. Coach team members, help branch leaders maintain team cohesion and motivation, and improve processes. Collaborate with other departments, track branch performance, prepare reports, and stay up to date on financial matters. Qualifications
Two years of experience in a similar role such as a Senior Enrichment Advisor. Experience coaching staff and supporting management in branch operations. Benefits
