We are seeking a
Portfolio Management
to lead a portfolio of finance programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This role requires a mix of
strategic leadership
and
hands-on execution , working across cross-functional teams to drive successful program delivery and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and manage a
portfolio of programs
to align with business strategy. Provide
hands-on project management support
and deliverables for select programs. Partner with stakeholders across
Finance, Transformation, and Change teams
to ensure collaboration and impact. Assess and report on
cross-program impacts , building and maintaining an evergreen impact matrix. Define
success metrics , track progress, and report measurable outcomes. Drive effective
stakeholder engagement
and serve as a
trusted advisor
across teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
in a business-related field, or equivalent experience. 2–4+ years of experience
in
program/portfolio management , with a proven track record of execution and delivery. Experience in
process improvement
and
adoption of new technologies . Strong ability to lead
cross-functional teams . Excellent
communication ,
collaboration , and
executive stakeholder management
skills. Ability to deal with
ambiguity
and make
strong decisions . Analytical and problem-solving skills
with ability to design and implement solutions. Preferred Skills Experience with AI adoption
in the workplace ( Microsoft Co-Pilot
experience a plus). Prior experience in
finance program management . Familiarity with
Smartsheet
and/or
Airtable . Nice to Have Previous
experience within large enterprise environments . Familiarity with
