VP, Head of Product Management

Define & Own Product Strategy

– Develop a

clear vision and roadmap , ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Lead Cross-Functional Execution

– Collaborate with engineering, marketing, merchandising, and operations to

bring products to market seamlessly . Enhance Customer Experience

– Own the

end-to-end user journey , ensuring frictionless shopping and checkout experiences. Drive Data-Backed Decisions

– Leverage analytics to

track performance, conversions, and customer behavior , optimizing features for engagement and growth. Innovate in the Grocery & Food Delivery Space

– Identify emerging trends and

lead digital transformation efforts

– Provide clear updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on product decisions and progress. Mentor & Develop Talent

– Build and coach a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of

innovation and accountability . Ideal Background

10+ years in product management

with experience in e-commerce,

DTC (direct-to-consumer), grocery, or food delivery . Strong background in

customer funnel optimization, data analytics, and market research . Experience leading

digital transformation, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies . Expertise in balancing

long-term vision with short-term execution , managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong

executive presence , with the ability to drive key decisions at all levels. A hands-on leader who can

dive into the details while driving high-level strategy . This role offers the opportunity to
