Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Industrial Engineer role located in St. Charles, MO. The Industrial Engineer will reach out to manufacturers to help analyze systems and review processes to recommend lubricant solutions and optimize efficiency and improve manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, reducing production waste, and enhancing product quality while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. The role also involves implementing process improvements, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Industrial Engineering, including the ability to design and optimize production systems.
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on improving operations and enhancing product quality.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present solutions clearly.
Proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
Familiarity with modern manufacturing tools and technologies; experience with metal stamping is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work on‑site in St. Charles, MO, and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards in operations.
