Salesforce CRM Integration & Automation Specialist
Job Overview We are a mortgage company seeking an experienced Salesforce expert to fully integrate, optimize, and automate our CRM system. Our goal is to make Salesforce the central hub for all lead flow, loan tracking, communication, and automation across our business.
Scope of Work
Integrate Salesforce with LendingPad (our Loan Origination System) for two-way data syncing, including automated loan status updates and transferring key service provider data into Salesforce contacts.
Migrate 300–400 existing leads from Shape Software into Salesforce.
Confirm and optimize Nextiva phone integration for click‑to‑dial functionality within Salesforce.
Confirm and optimize Microsoft Outlook integration.
Connect online leads from [login to view URL] to automatically flow into Salesforce.
Connect our company website lead forms directly to Salesforce.
Integrate online leads from [login to view URL] into Salesforce.
Integrate Batch Dialer to push successful call leads into Salesforce.
Configure Salesforce to fully operate as our primary CRM for lead management, automation, tracking, and borrower communication.
Ideal Candidate
Strong Salesforce implementation and API integration experience
Experience with CRM automation and workflow optimization
Mortgage, lending, or real estate CRM experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and clean up existing integrations
Include examples of similar Salesforce integration projects and briefly explain how you would approach centralizing multiple systems into one CRM.
