Audit Senior

Position Overview As an Audit Senior, you'll lead audit engagements from start to finish, working with clients across industries including nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and family-owned businesses. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values integrity, responsiveness, and strategic thinking, helping clients meet their financial and operational goals while contributing to the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements
from planning through completion
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff , fostering growth and quality
Review audit work papers and financial statements
for accuracy and GAAP compliance
Communicate with clients
to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
Present audit findings and recommendations
clearly to clients and management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or assurance services
Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standardsli>
Experience with
Not-for-Profit (NFP)
and
Employee Benefit Plan (EBP)
audits is a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
