Dormie Capital Partners is seeking an entry level
Asset Manager
to join a team of commercial real estate professionals located in Denver, CO. The candidate will be primarily responsible for financial modeling, producing high quality marketing materials, and delivering detailed market analysis to secure debt and equity financing for commercial real estate projects Dormie seeks to acquire. Key Responsibilities
Analyze transactions and prepare executive summaries for Senior Analysts to use in acquisition/disposition decisions. Develop pro-forma financial and cash flow models. Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data. Responsible for the timely execution of special projects. Assist with asset-level management and capital expenditure projects. Interface with Property Management and ensure the smooth running of Dormie’s assets under management. Key Attributes/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance or commercial real estate preferred. Strong modeling skills with core competency with Excel and Argus. High attention to detail in analytical assessments and valuations. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and productively during time sensitive situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Independent worker with a team player attitude. Desire to work hard and to learn the ins and outs of commercial real estate. Compensation and Benefits
