Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) is seeking a

Senior Force Protection Analyst

to provide specialized support for a federal government client’s

Antiterrorism (AT) and Force Protection program . The position requires prior U.S. Army experience, in-depth knowledge of Antiterrorism doctrine, and experience advising senior leadership. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert to support training, seminars, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations that enhance the government client’s force protection posture.

Duties

Serve as a subject matter expert on

Force Protection and Antiterrorism (AT)

programs in accordance with DoD directives, instructions, and policy

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate

Antiterrorism trainings, seminars, and leadership engagement events

Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat analyses, and risk mitigation strategies

Prepare detailed

reports, assessments, briefings, and recommendations

for government leadership

Build and maintain professional relationships with military, civilian, and interagency partners

Identify operational gaps and provide actionable

problem-solving solutions

Support identification of mission-relevant opportunities and program improvements

Requirements

U.S. Army experience

with significant exposure to Antiterrorism / Force Protection operations

Demonstrated expertise in

DoD AT/FP doctrine, policies, and procedures

Experience facilitating trainings, seminars, and professional development events

Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills tailored for senior government audiences

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused, mission-driven environment

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance

required at time of hire

Qualifications Required:

Prior U.S. Army service with relevant AT/FP experience

Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Experience advising senior military or DoD leadership

Ability to produce professional written products and briefings

Active TS clearance

Preferred:

Experience supporting joint, interagency, or combatant command environments

Background in operational planning, threat analysis, or force protection assessments

Conditions of Employment

Must be able to obtain and maintain eligibility for access to classified information

Employment contingent upon successful completion of background investigation and all pre-employment requirements

Must be willing to work

on-site in Alexandria, VA
