Overview
The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technology standards. This role provides technical leadership, defines architecture best practices, ensures scalable platform design, and guides development teams through solution delivery. The Salesforce Architect collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Service, Marketing, and custom applications. Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of overall Salesforce experience; 3–5+ years in an Architect role. Strong expertise in
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and platform capabilities. Proficiency in
Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations , and data modeling. Experience with
integration frameworks , middleware tools, and ETL platforms. Strong understanding of
Salesforce security , sharing model, OAuth, and SSO. Hands‑on experience with
DevOps (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) . Ability to produce high‑quality architecture documentation. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
or
System Architect
(highly preferred). Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA)
— big plus. Experience in Agile/Scrum environment. Seniority level
