Eligibility Requirements
Minimum age of 15 years.
Participants may need to provide proof of immunizations, undergo background checks, and comply with confidentiality agreements, depending on facility requirements.

How to Apply
Submit the application form.
Depending on the requested department, an interview or orientation may be required before starting the program.
If a match with a professional cannot be scheduled at the time of application, the application will be held on file for 1 year.
To observe more than one department, keep the application valid for 1 year and email HR with availability and additional requested departments at hr@kmhc.net.
Schedule The program duration varies based on participant availability and area of interest. Job shadows are approximately 1‑2 hours long and provide 1:1 oversight with a trained professional.
