Responsibilities No two days are alike in this dynamic role. You’ll be a key player in keeping our dealership running smoothly by:

Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude

Assisting customers in-person and over the phone with accurate parts information

Managing and stocking incoming inventory in the correct locations

Keeping the parts department clean, organized, and efficient

Accurately pricing parts and accessories and maintaining up-to-date system records

Promoting current specials and value-added offerings

Representing the company’s values in every interaction with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive parts department experience (preferred)

1+ year of sales experience (preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Bilingual is a plus!
