Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Manage complex singular or multiple projects from initial planning to completion
Oversee subcontractors, staff, and suppliers for all projects
Supervise quality and safety programs
Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings
Work closely with Project Manager to create, implement and maintain the project's schedule
Qualifications
Must have 10+ years of experience in
Commercial Construction
8+ Years of Field Supervision experience is REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar is preferred but not required
Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working with a team on multiple projects
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to travel
