Overview

We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager, Integrated Solutions in Georgia, United States. This role offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead the vision, development, and execution of EMR-integrated healthcare solutions. The Principal Product Manager will drive innovation across clinical and operational workflows, connecting internal teams, third-party vendors, and providers to deliver measurable impact. This position combines technical proficiency, product strategy, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance interoperability, optimize user experiences, and improve clinical and financial outcomes at scale. Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of EMR-integrated products, from discovery through launch, optimization, and adoption campaigns Conduct market, competitive, and regulatory analyses to identify growth opportunities and define feature priorities based on strategic ROI Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, integrated workflows, and user stories Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party EMR vendors and integration partners to drive successful deployment Ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, CMS, ONC and maintain compliance throughout the lifecycle Partner with growth and operations teams to implement adoption programs and monitor KPIs that measure delivery, utilization, and value Serve as the subject matter expert for integrated solutions, providing guidance to internal teams, external customers, and executive leadership Present strategic updates, progress, and risks to leadership while facilitating feedback loops for continuous improvement Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and implementing data integration and systems interoperability solutions using FHIR APIs, FHIR data models, and SMART-on-FHIR protocols Experience with additional integration standards such as HL7 2.x, X12, CDS Hooks, and Direct Messaging is a plus Proven success launching EMR-integrated applications via vendor marketplace programs (e.g., Epic Showroom, athena Marketplace, Cerner CODE) Familiarity with EMR platforms such as Epic, Medent, or eClinicalWorks is advantageous Experience delivering SaaS solutions in Agile environments with distributed teams Strong understanding of risk adjustment (HCC coding), HEDIS/Stars measures, and quality improvement programs Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, balance competing priorities, and drive measurable outcomes Benefits
