Part‑Time Lifestyle Director – Active Adult Community (16 Hours/Week Onsite)

Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about creating engaging experiences for active adults? Our well‑established Active Adult community in Howell, NJ, is seeking a Part‑Time Lifestyle Director to plan, coordinate, and lead social, recreational, and wellness programming for residents. Salary: $28 hr
Schedule 16 hours per week (onsite, flexible schedule including some evenings or weekends for events)
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee community events, activities, and clubs
Develop monthly calendars, newsletters, and resident communications
Coordinate vendors, instructors, and entertainers
Manage activity budget and track expenses
Encourage resident involvement and build a vibrant community atmosphere
Work collaboratively with management and the Board
Qualifications
Experience in event planning, recreation, hospitality, or community programming preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑service oriented
Proficient with email, flyers, and basic computer programs
Ability to lift light supplies and set up events as needed
