Client Relationship Manager

The Role: Be the Trusted Partner Every Builder Deserves Over 10 years, we've built a loyal network of investors, brokers, and developers who trust us to help them move fast and grow confidently. This role exists to deepen those relationships, not build them from scratch.

You’ll primarily handle inbound calls from clients who already know us, re‑engage existing borrowers we haven’t spoken to in a while, and find ways to serve them better with our current products. This is inside sales, not cold outreach.

We’re hiring two people for this role to ensure our clients always have a dedicated, consistent point of contact and so no single person becomes the only thread connecting us to years of relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle inbound calls from our existing client base: investors, brokers, and developers who’ve worked with us before.

Re‑engage dormant clients from our CRM and help identify opportunities to serve them again.

Understand each client’s current goals and match them with loan products that fit their timeline and deal size.

Guide clients through the process from inquiry to closing, coordinating closely with operations and underwriting.

Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM and follow through consistently. Clients notice when someone remembers them.

Share client feedback with the broader team. Your insight from these conversations shapes how we improve.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

Are a natural conversationalist with strong personal relationship skills. Clients should feel genuinely heard, not processed.

Have a background in banking, mortgage, or real estate lending, or equivalent experience in a relationship‑driven financial services role.

Communicate with clarity and warmth over the phone primarily, with email and occasional in‑person interactions.

Are organized, proactive, and calm when multiple clients are in motion at once.

Are comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and loan origination systems.

Are based locally. This is an in‑person role, and we are not able to provide H‑1B visa sponsorship this time, unfortunately.
