We are seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic

Style Advisors

to join our team at the

Rainier Square

location. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization. The Style Advisor provides an exceptional customer experience to visitors and assists with operational tasks, following the Shop MOD's guidance on business strategy and compliance. Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to store targets. Ensure an unparalleled customer experience. Maintain knowledge of services, programs, and products. Operational Excellence

Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies. Complete operational tasks accurately and timely. Product & Presentation

Ensure the shop reflects brand standards through merchandising and marketing. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Professional Relationships

Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients. Stay informed about other departments to foster teamwork. Enforce company policies and communicate effectively. Qualifications

Ability to follow directions. Experience in customer service or retail. Honest, diligent, with strong organizational skills. Effective communicator with problem-solving skills. Flexible schedule availability. Pay transparency: $21.02 - $23.15/hour plus incentives. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, run, walk, jump, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Benefits
